PATIENT: Petty Officer (2nd Class) Pale Coltan The patient was escorted to sick bay, being reluctant to attend despite orders. CHIEF COMPLAINT: Extreme fatigue. HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS: The patient is a human female in her late twenties who appeared fine when awoken from low berth 48 hours previously. A few hours before admission she isolated himself in a stateroom and failed to communicate. PAST MEDICAL HISTORY: Ship data files have been wiped. Patient denies any history of serious illness of medical problems. This is consistent with being assigned frozen watch duty. ALLERGIES: None. CURRENT MEDICATIONS: None. PHYSICAL EXAMINATION: Patient was weak but relatively alert. Had anxiety over being ejected from airlock after what happened with Petty Office Hasaan. Examination revealed no abnormalities. VITAL SIGNS: Blood pressure 131/76, pulse 50, respirations 16, temperature 96.5. LAB ANALYSIS: Blood samples revealed nothing abnormal. No radiation detected. TREATMENT: None. DISPOSITION: The patient was discharged after she was prescribed “a good night’s sleep”. FINAL DIAGNOSIS: Normal fatigue following 48 hours continuous activity on top of low berth revival. OTHER NOTES: None. |
