Top level screen showing universe loaded from Heaven & Earth (*.HES) files. Also, cursor about to activate maintenance function of Second Imperial Grand Survey data (IGS2) ... showing off XP-style menus running on Win98.

Click on a sector and you get the Sector Display. (For non-Imperial sectors the IGS2 panel is not shown and the notes expand to fill the gap.)

Click on a subsector (on grid or map) and you get the Subsector display. Also showing what map details can be turned on and off.

Click on a system (on list or map) and you get the System details display.

There are both 'public' text, player editable notes, and referee notes.

Of course, when *not* in Referee Mode the referee's notes are hidden.

And for those who prefer the GURPS rules ...

Here's how you edit the system UWP. In this case for Andor/Five Sisters. Notice the government type? If this is a Droyne world then the Gov Code can only be '6','7', or 'X' according to canon rules for Droyne, yet this world has a Gov Code of '3'. This window flags the anomaly with a red cross but allows the data.

Another system display. See how attention is drawn to this system's Red Zone status? Since would-be net importers of agricultural or industrial goods experience shortages instead when given Red Zone status (no trade).

Yet another system display. Did you know ACVs (hovercraft) can only go half speed on Regina due to the atmosphere? (... an often overlooked aspect of UWPs).
