Remarks:	The suspect is described as having dyed or bleached dirty blond hair with dark roots, facial hair, and a tan complexion. He had dirty teeth and a body odor. His hands appeared to be covered with a brown and white residue. The suspect was wearing a dirty white polo-type shirt, jeans, and sunglasses.

CAUTION

This suspect is wanted in connection to multiple cases of piracy over the past several years. There have been a number of incidents where free traders have been attacked and their cargos stolen. In each case no witnesses were left alive. Recently, an unknown white male (using the alias "Harrison") sold a number of personnal effects later traced back to victims of these incidents. The personnal effects were sold for cash on Rhylanor/Rhylanor.

The JSB is offering a reward of up to Cr1,500,000 for information leading to the arrest of this individual.
