CAUTION

Under the assumed identity of 'Professor Alvaro Keys' Pham has kidnapped over a dozen teenagers and performed 'surgical' procedures upon them (usually fatal). Additionally he is sought in connection with the murder of a police chief on Regina who was shot twice at close range after being brutally beaten about the head and face with a blunt instrument. He is believed to have left Regina and his whereabouts are unknown.

The JSB is offering a reward of up to Cr1,000,000 for information leading to the arrest of Hugh Pham.
