Ine Givar could stop killings, claims Lord Alksburg. Lord Urst von Alksburg has said his policy of targeted attacks on 'pro-rebel' rural communities will continue, but that the Ine Givar could stop it. "One must understand that the Ine Givar could avoid it," he told Naasirka TV. He said the government had issued a list of key militants whom it wanted arrested. Meanwhile, the CPO has refused permission for a large peace rally to be held next month amid fears of violence at the event. The CPO is concerned that rebel and loyalist sympathisers might attend, with a high risk of a confrontation.
